WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
The general production time for most Stationery Items is up to 6 weeks from the date of artwork approval. A general guide for each 'preset' design, within our collections can be found under the FINER DETAILS area of the product listing.
Please note, the production timeframe is excluding the time required to create design concepts/revisions & delivery. Due to the ever-changing COVID climate, this timeframe is communicated to manage expectations as some delays may occur that are out the control of ESTHETIC BRIDE. As always, if your stationery items can be delivered sooner, they will be.
WHEN SHOULD I ENQUIRE IF I'M NOT GETTING MARRIED SOON?
As soon as possible, the more lead time, the better. You are welcome to place your order in advance & reserve your place in the design queue for that month (this will be discussed & is subject to availability)
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE FINALISED INFORMATION JUST YET?
To begin the design process as soon as possible, we can use placeholder text to begin working through the look & feel of your stationery. Once you have your finalised information, these 'templates' will be updated with the correct information before sending off to production.
WHEN SHOULD I SEND MY SAVE THE DATES OR INVITATIONS?
This is completely up to your own personal preference. As a general guide, Save The Dates can be sent out 12-18 months in advance, Invitations typically 4-6 months in advance.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM & TO?
Our studio is based on the Mornington Peninsula, just outside of Melbourne in Australia. If you are based locally, pick up is optional if restrictions allow & all items, except our signage stands ship globally.
QUANTITIES + DESIGN
HOW MANY PIECES SHOULD I ORDER?
For PRELUDE Stationery, remembering to count for each household rather than each individual guest. For DAY-OF Stationery, one per guest is recommended. It is also a good idea to allow for extra's of each item, in case of last minute guest additions or guests who cannot attend.
WHAT QUANTITIES DO YOU ALLOW?
Some items have a minimum order quantity, any additional pieces must be ordered in increments of 5. Please ensure you order the correct amount (to the closest increment of 5) as we are unable to reduce quantities after you have confirmed your approval, or offer refunds.
CAN I CHANGE THE FONT STYLE OR REQUEST A DIFFERENT FONT?
Apart of the Esthetic Bride brand is our curated font & colour palette selection. We worth with like-minded brides to be to bring your vision to life. Whilst we are able to accommodate certain 'must-haves' if the aesthetic isn't aligned other Stationery Designers may be recommended. Font styles & name cannot be shared & remain Intellectual Property of Esthetic Bride.
HOW WILL MY PIECES ARRIVE?
All day-of stationery will arrive flat packed. This means that Save The Dates, Invitations, Details Cards, RSVP Cards, Belly Bands, Wax Seals are not placed into envelopes ready to send. The reason for this is so that your stationery is protected during transit. Please note, Belly Bands & handmade envelopes (SAINT & SIGNORA) will also arrive unassembled, we suggest purchasing a glue tape dispenser to help assemble these.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WEDDING IS POSTPONED OR CANCELLED?
Esthetic Bride is here to help where ever possible navigate these unprecedented times. Postponements are unfortunately common & with that in mind, we will make design suggestions along the way to help COVID-PROOF your items (for example, leaving a date off a Welcome Sign - just in case) Each order will be approached with consideration, however there are no set policies that apply as each Stationery order & postponement is unique. A portion of the total amount may not be able to be credited or refunded, this is to be assessed at the time of notification & at the discretion of Esthetic Bride.
CAN YOU CREATE A DIGITAL VERSION OF MY INVITATION?
Yes, this is a service we provide complimentary for any bride who has placed an order with us. Please contact us & we will provide you with a JPEG file of your concept to send to your guests.

A bespoke stationery suite is classified as anything beyond the fonts & styles advertised on our website & instagram.
Due to the intricate nature of these suites, a minimum of 4 months is required for the design process alone & additional graphic design fees apply.
