AUSTRALIA WIDE

All stationery orders (excluding the AGATE Coasters) attract a $15 shipping fee within Australia. 


It is recommended to contact us for your bespoke shipping rate prior to ordering the AGATE Coasters, a base rate of $15 will be charged & we will then be in touch with the remaining cost. This is due to the weight of the genuine, AGATE crystals.


All orders are shipped from our location in Melbourne, Australia.


INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available,  please contact us for a shipping quote.


Import taxes, duties and charges are at the cost of the customer. Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESS & DISPATCH 

Prior to placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing each products unique production timeframe, this can be found under the 'Finer Details' of each product description. 


From the date of artwork approval, delivery timeframes vary and are subject to your chosen stationery style(s). 

Once you have approved your artwork, we will begin process your order. Once we have created your stationery, we will lovingly check, pack and ship your order to you. We will ship Monday through Friday, excluding any weekends and holidays. 


CORONAVIRUS DELAYS

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, there may be some shipping delays. 


NOTIFICATION AND ADDRESS ERRORS 

You will receive email notification for your order at each stage of the process, priding ourselves on keeping our Brides well informed throughout the ordering process. Please ensure that all your contact details are correct when you place your order, if you notice anything that doesn't look quite right, please contact us as soon as possible should you notice that there is an error so we can ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address. 


TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

When your order is picked up by our delivery service you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number with a link so you are able to track the location of your package. If there are any problems with your tracking number or your package delivery, please contact 

us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a status of your delivery. 


SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY 

Please note we require a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend that if you are not at home during business hours to have your order shipped to an address where you know you or a trusted friend or family member will be present to receive your stationery.
